Domi Living is always looking for interesting collaborations, new designs, and collections that are both utilitarian and a class apart. We believe in partnering with brands whose work stands out. If you’re a brand with unique designs, write to us via direct message on Instagram, or WhatsApp us via the WhatsApp contact option on our website.

 

My product is defective! What do I do?

We at Domi Living aim to give you only the best. We Apologize that the item(s) did not reach you in good condition. No worries, you may contact us via WhatsApp, please do so within 24 hours of delivery and our customer team will arrange a replacement(s) accordingly. Please ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging and sufficiently protected.

 

My order has already been placed, can I change or cancel it?

For any request to change your order, cancellation, or delivery address, you may proceed to WhatsApp us and our Customer Team will assist you accordingly. Please request any changes within 24 hours of your first order.

 

I received the wrong item(s)/some of my item(s) ordered are missing.

Oh no! We are so sorry for the inconvenience caused. Please do WhatsApp us with photos (within 24 hours of receding your delivery) of what you ordered and what you received instead. We will then address this matter accordingly and make the necessary amendments.
