Returns Policy


To be eligible for an exchange or store credit only, You have 24 hours (1 day) to notify us and process this.

The item(s) needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging and in good saleable condition. Please note the item must also be housed in its original packaging.

We only accept exchanges within 48 hours of purchase.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase store credit will be given (if applicable).

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you when it has been approved, or if it was not approved.

If your exchange has been approved, it will automatically be processed and following this, you will be notified of the amount of store credit available to you. Please make your purchase within twenty-one (21) days of this notification.

Note: Only regular priced items may be considered for return/exchange, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, send us an email at info@domilivinggroup.com to discuss the best viable option for you.

Shipping for Returns

Please note all costs associated with the return process to get the item to our office/showroom, will have to be borne by the recipient of the item. In terms of sending exchanged items back to you please note shipping costs will also be borne by the recipient.
