Orders, Shipping and Collection :
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we are able to ship internationally, however we are obliged to observe the rules and regulations applied by local customs in the country of shipment. Therefore any local duties & taxes to be paid would then be borne by the customer, moreover we are unable to ensure timely delivery due to any customs related delays. Having said that our international partners are DHL and you will be given tracking information and we will do our best to get the goods to you as early as possible.

How long does shipping take?
Within Singapore, orders will be delivered with 2 - 4 working days.
Orders worth SGD $500.00 or higher receive free islandwide delivery across Singapore.
Purchases under SGD $500.00 that require delivery will be charged SGD $15.00 for delivery.
If there is no lift landing, a surcharge will be charged by our freight forwarder which the customer is liable to pay.
Do you have the option to self collect orders?
Yes, the option to collect your order is available.
Order placed before 12 noon SGT can be picked up on the next working day from our office. Office hours are from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Should you wish to go with this option, upon confirmation of your order, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp to make an appointment to collect your items.

Kindly collect your parcel within one (1) week of placing your order at the address stated above.
Delivery Delays and Rescheduling
In the event the delivery was unsuccessful due to no one being available to accept the delivery, you will be contacted for rescheduling the delivery. However there will be an additional charge for the second delivery.
We will do our best to arrange your delivery as per the agreed timeframe, however, there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances and the schedule of our delivery partner.
Should your delivery be delayed or rescheduled, we will do our best to give you advance notice.
